Goal:

The goal of this program is to equip Aged Care Leaders with practical positive skills, knowledge and solutions to capture the hearts and minds of the people with whom they work; to lead them with confidence and to inspire their willingness and spirit working in the changing environment.

Learning outcomes:

It is our positive expectation that the participants engaging in this program will:

–      focus and pay attention in getting people on side; with skills to build positive, sustainable  relationships
–      lead the team in adjusting and adapting to an innovative and evolving environment with anticipation and excitement, as opposed to fear and stress
–      be empowered to fulfill their leadership role with confidence, credibility and integrity
